My name is Gordon, I am currently in school for Graphic Design. I will probably graduate around 2027 (thanks to the handful of electives I have yet to take).

I've been pretty involved in the field of graphic design for about eight years now. My journey of being a designer actually started out from my time while I was still studying music. I've held various roles that did encourage my decision, including but not limited to the 3+ cumulative years serving as my fraternity's Publishing Chair, the 2 years at the same time serving as their Webmaster, and 1 year serving as the district's webmaster. In addition to that, I also served as a social media assistant for the Oregon State University Athletic Bands between the years of 2016 and 2018.

I chose this route because I knew I had a skill in visual design, so it made sense to take the opportunity to become formally educated in the field. I still very much want to teach some day, and I still very much want to pursue a graduate degree so that path can be more seamless. In all honesty, I'm considering a future outlook in being a college-level design professor. That's a very far-fetched goal and you can laugh about it all you want, but that's not stopping me.
